Keeping a healthy mind

Not only is it important to keep a healthy body,  but also a healthy mind.  Now a days it seems that people reach more toward being negative rather than positive. Which doesn’t make sense, because I believe that positivity can be contagious so why not share it with the world.  We all face those days where nothing seems to be going “our way”, but the truth is life is going to always figure out a way to throw you a curve ball and its up to you if you want to take a swing at it or not. We should all take more time to be grateful for what we HAVE rather than what we WANT.  Life is precious and we all have the ability to create our own happiness. So be kind to one another, and cherish the important aspects and people of your lives.  You only get one, so make it THE BEST!
